Extended Holiday Exchange & Return Policy
Holiday gifts purchased from November 1 to December 24, 2024, qualify for an extended return or exchange period until January 9, 2025.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted on November 29 (Black Friday) and December 26 (Boxing Day)*.

Henry's offers a 15-day exchange for most merchandise and a limited return policy. After 15 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.
Items requiring exchange must be in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials. All items to be considered for refund must be returned unopened. All items that have been opened will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee before they are considered for refund. Full details are as follows.
All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by a Henry's Manager.
The following conditions must be met prior to a refund:
- The item must be unopened, with all manufacturer seals intact. Opened items will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).
- The total will be refunded by your original method of payment or a Henry's Gift Card.
- If refunded to credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present and provide the original card used.
- Cash purchases totalling more than $200.00 may be refunded to debit card.
The following conditions must be met prior to the exchange:
- The item must be returned in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).
- If the item has been opened, the value of your purchase will be put towards your new item minus a restocking fee of 10%.
- The lower value of any difference will be refunded by your original method of payment or a Henry's Gift Card.
- If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present.
- Cash purchases totalling more than $200.00 may be refunded by debit card.
Henry's does not accept for refund or exchange the following products:
- Gift Cards
- Open Software (seal is broken)
- Open computers and related peripherals, including scanners and printers.
- Open Memory Cards
- Non-stocked special-order items*
- Film
- Chemistry
- Batteries
- Bulbs
- Paper
- Ink cartridges
- Henry's Photo Centre products
*Orders placed for non-stocked special-order items are considered final sale. Pending orders cannot be cancelled.
Henry's gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Used Items & Trade-Ins
- All used items are permitted for return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must match the condition originally sold
- Items must be complete of all original accessories
- Items that Henry’s receives through our trade-in program are considered final. Henry’s is unable to return these items to the original owner. If the sale is returned, the value of the trade will be added to a Henry’s Gift Card.
Henry's Open Box Items
- Open box items are defined by Henry's at the time of original purchase and will be clearly stated as such on your receipt.
- All Open Box items are permitted for return or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must match the condition originally sold
- Items must be complete with all original accessories
- All packaging must be complete and undamaged.
Drone Return Policy
- Only unopened drones or drones that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
- DOA is defined as a brand-new unit that will not turn on or does not function pre-flight. Please click here for details.
Gimbal Return Policy
- Only unopened gimbals or gimbals that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
- DOA is defined as a brand-new unit that will not turn on or does not function prior to your first use.
Final Sale Items
Refunds or exchanges are not available on Final Sale Items, unless it can be proven that the item will not turn on or does not function (Dead On Arrival) at the time of receipt by the customer. Unless otherwise marked by a "Final Sale Item" tag or other similar marking, a product or service shall be identified as a Final Sale Item at the point of sale and prior to the completion of the sale. Items that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, applicable to Henry's standard 15-day Exchange and Return Policy.
Commercial Return Policy
All purchases made through a commercial account are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Restocking Fees & Replacement Items
If Henry's Management determines, in its sole discretion, that an item is returnable but does not meet all of Henry's guidelines, a restocking fee will be applied to the return. Restocking fees are a minimum 10% of the original purchase price of the item. The fee charged may increase according to the item's condition, the state of the item's packaging and the item value. Returns that are incomplete of any original accessories will also be charged the retail value for a replacement item. Henry's reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that does not meet these criteria.
Shipped Orders
- The full Henry’s Exchange & Return policy applies to all shipped orders.
- All items eligible for return or exchange can be brought directly to any Henry's retail location.
- Items shipped to the customer can be shipped to Henry's by mail for return. Please contact Henry's Customer Support by e-mail or phone (1-844-976-1699) for instructions on how to return your purchase. Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 business days of Henry's receipt and appropriate restocking fees will be applied.
- Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

These systems require careful training and preparation to use safely. Do not use a drone if you are not properly trained or qualified. Henry's does not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury due to the use or misuse of a drone. Please be aware that the purchaser/operator/pilot assumes all liability and is responsible for:
- Damages to property and persons from the equipment.
- Improper use of the equipment.
- Any indirect or consequential damage related to the use of a drone.
- Ensuring proper configuration, including Wi-Fi configuration, and maintenance of the equipment.
- Complying to all local and federal laws which may regulate the use of drones in your area.
